Mr. Konstantinos Koudounis holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Clarkson University (1989), and an M.A. in Secondary Science Education with Honors from the City University of New York (2001). He also earned the Cambridge ESOL Level 7 Diploma (Delta) in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (2013) from the University of Cambridge. Mr. Koudounis is currently pursuing an Educational Doctorate at Wilkes University.
Mr. Koudounis has worked for General Electric Aerospace, in the Edison Engineering program, designing flight and engine controls for military and commercial aircraft. He has taught science and mathematics in the public school system in New York City. He has had the opportunity to teach English for Academic Purposes at Universities in the UK and China. He has prepared students for all levels and types of exams in order for those students to successfully attain certificates of English language acquisition and proficiency. He has taught science 6, science 7, and science 8 at 香港六合彩开奖结果2023. He currently teaches EFL 2 science, science 6 and science 7. He is certified from the state of Florida in Teaching Physics 6-12.
Mr. Koudounis has participated in an AERO Science workshop for NGSS implementation. In 2023-2024 he led the 7th grade science classes through NESA Virtual Science and Engineering Fair (NVSEF). 香港六合彩开奖结果2023 earned first place position in the NVSEF. In 2018, Mr. Koudounis became a certified Critical Friends Groups coach (National School Reform Faculty). He has served as a facilitator in the ACS Collaborative Learning Communities which promote teacher collaboration and professional growth.
Mr. Koudounis was born in Sparta, Greece and raised in New York. He completed Elementary School in New York. He attended Middle School and High School in the Greek Public School System. His higher education was completed in the USA and the UK. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, dancing, and gymnastics.
