The programs will begin on Monday, January 27, 2025 and end on Wednesday, May 21, 2025..

Registration opens at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 15 and closes on Wednesday, January 22 at 10:00am for the Elementary Sports After School Recreational Programs.

The program will continue to run with the following parameters for the majority of the activities:

  • Young students (JK, KG) will wait in their classrooms to be picked up by the instructors and escorted to their activity.
  • All other grade-level students must walk to the designated meeting place prior to the beginning of the activity.Ìý
  • Parents/Guardians picking up their child(ren), must be prompt for the pick up time @ 17:00.
    Please note that there is no supervision available.
  • Snacks will not be provided. We encourage students to bring to bring a healthy snack from home.
  • If your child is sick or absent during the school day, he/she is not allowed to participate in any after-school activities.
  • In the case of rain, the outdoor activities sessions will take place indoors with alternative plans.
  • The session dates, costs, and meeting points for every sport are provided below.
    In the event that a session needs to be canceled, parents/guardians will be notified, and every effort will be made to reschedule the missed session(s) before the end of the program.
  • For any emergencies or any needed communication after school hours (after 16:00), you may call: 30 6972097940 (Ms. Labrini Rontogiannis) or 210.6070.294 / 210.6070.240 / 210.6070.235 / where a staff member will be on duty until all the after-school activities have been completed.
The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 After-School Recreational Programs WILL NOT take place on the following days:

Activities Fees & Deadlines:

There is a predetermined cost per activity to help pay for the instructor's time and materials; please see the activities sections below.
Please note that if minimum registration is not met, the activity may be canceled. In such an event, you will be contacted by the Athletic Office.

Payment must be made by Friday, January 31, 2025, using the School Bank information.ÌýPlease include the child's name.

Registration & Cancellation Protocols

Registration during the course of the Semester (after the start of the activities) will be allowed based on availability:
  • If registration for the activity takes place before 50% of the total number of sessions are completed, then the entire fee is required (100%).
  • If registration for the activity takes place after 50% of the total number of sessions are completed, then 50% of the fee is required.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a student wishes to withdraw from an activity before the second session, a full credit refund is given for another activity.
  • If a student wishes to withdraw from an activity after the second session and before 50% of the total sessions are completed, then 50% of the activity fee is credited for another activity.
  • No credit will be offered If a student wishes to withdraw from an activity after 50% of the total sessions are completed (except in the case of an injury or illness resulting in absence of three weeks or more).

Art Challenge | Grades 1 - 2

Elementary school students will create a different art project as a challenge each day, with the challenges chosen based on the season, various national days, and educational value.

During these art classes, the students will eagerly await the daily creative challenge. Each day brings a new and exciting project, tailored to the changing seasons and special occasions. No matter the project, the instructor ensures that each challenge not only sparks the students' artistic expression but also reinforces important educational concepts, such as color theory, dimensional design, or the natural world. Through these engaging, themed activities, the young artists develop their skills, explore their creativity, and gain a deeper appreciation for the world around them.

Ballet / Grades KG-2

Lessons will be based upon classical ballet technique, free movement and character work. High quality instruction and training will aim to correct posture, balance, line of dance, space consciousness, strength, rhythm, repertoire and composition. Students will need to provide their own tights and dance shoes.

Jazz has become one of the most popular dance styles in recent years, mainly due to its prevalence on television shows, movies, music videos and commercials. People enjoy watching jazz dancers, as the dancing is fun and energetic and consists of unique moves and fancy footwork. A jazz class explodes with energy. The class goal is to produce physical and expressively well-trained dancers.

In the Musical Theater class, students will have the chance to learn and perform songs and dances from such Broadway and movie musicals as Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Mama Mia, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, A Chorus Line, The Lion King, Cats, Annie, 42nd Street and other great, classic shows. This course is the perfect way to explore the fundamentals of musical theater in a dynamic and fun atmosphere. The program will lead to a performance at the end of class.

Students of all ES grades can take part in this activity and they will be divided into two groups.
